PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
is a sandwich panel.
The rigid insulation of EPS or PG (EPS graphite lambda 32)
is inserted between two boards :
1 : Exterior board :
CTBH 10 mm * (other products and thicknesses available)
2 : Interior board :
Hydro ~Plaster board, Particle board, Melamine, Spruce panels. Treated Plywood, Vinyl M1.
* a counter lath system can be fitted in the factory.
* can be 8mm.
RANGE OF USE
New and renovation: lay on beams or rafters .
BEOSAND is suitable for all types of covering :
tiles, slates, asphalt shingles, metallic sheets, etc…
(refer to Building Regulations for guidance)

INSTALLATION
- Directly onto purlins or rafters having a minimum width of 65 mm for joining 2 panels and 40 mm for supporting 1 panel.
- In the case of panels on 2 supports laying in staggered formation is advised .
- The supports for the panels (beams, purlins) must be perfectly smooth and aligned.
- Lateral assembly with spline joints .
- Fix with grooved or channelled nails along the supporting purlins (minimum 3 nails per panel width ).
- Superior joints sealed with a self-adhesive aluminium tape.
- The roof covering can be laid as the panels are installed.
